Keep Eating While Losing Weight


Trying to avoid fat and wish to lose weight while eating as frequent as you want? Do you think it is impossible? Well, would you believe that there are actually a lot of foods in the supermarket today that can help you melt the fats away and keep you slim? If not, then I guess the reason why I am here writing would serve its purpose. Actually, there are delicious treats that can really keep you slim. Among these are:

Berries
Your body's best friend is berries as they can help you burn more fats especially if you pair these with your regular exercise. While eating berries and working out, you will be amazed to find out that it can actually burn up to 30 percent more fat. If berries are not in season, do not worry as you can always make use of the frozen ones.

Oranges
The flavones that you can find in this popular citrus fruit deserve a slot in your diet. Why? This is because flavones are actually fat blasting compounds found in oranges. So, why not eat sliced oranges or swig a fresh orange juice with the pulp in order to gain the best benefit?

Swiss cheese
In case you did not know, Swiss cheese contains more calcium than any other cheese found in the market. And calcium-rich foods help in reducing fat-producing enzymes as well as increase the fat breakdown in your body. Dig in to your favorite sandwich now and put some Swiss cheese on it or place the cheese on top of your high-fiber crackers or better yet go for the yummy mouth watering grilled cheese!

Almonds
Almonds can help boost the metabolism of fats due to the fact that it is high in alpha-linolenic acid. If you are serious in trimming down your weight, eat at least 3 ounces of these yummy nuts daily.

Cinnamon
In your yogurt, favorite morning cereal or your warm cup of coffee, sprinkle some cinnamon on it or add at least 1/4 teaspoon to your plate. Cinnamon helps in preventing your body to have insulin spike.

Soybeans
Wouldn't it be more delicious if you toss a half cup of soybeans to your salad? No? Well, you should especially if you want to lose weight. This is because soybeans have lots of choline that helps in blocking the absorption of fat as well as in breaking down fatty deposits. However, if you have breast cancer or if it runs in your family, try consulting your doctor first before indulging to soybeans.

Mustard
The turmeric that is present in mustard can help slow down the growth of fat tissues in your body. So, instead of using mayo in your sandwich, switch to mustard instead.

Knowing these facts, I do believe it is time for you to let yourself be free from the strict diet discipline you always follow. Loosen up a bit and try some new food. Eat up and indulge yourself to these yummy treats! It is a win-win situation anyway. You eat up these delicious foods and you lose extra weight too! Isn't that great?
