The Journal of Clinical Nutrition did another study on obese adults where they incorporated 4-7 servings of whole grains into their eating plan and they lost twice as much belly fat as another group eating refined food. Whole grains can help to burn abdominal fat by keeping insulin levels lower. Include foods such as whole wheat tortillas, whole grain pasta, oatmeal, and brown rice in your diet.
6. Get Enough Sleep.
If you don't get a good nights sleep you can get hungry easier because the hormone leptin and the hormone ghrelin are lowered. Get at least 7.5 hours of sleep.
